Specialty Tile Installation
Specialty tile installation includes decorative features that go beyond a standard field tile. In this shower, a framed mosaic panel creates a focal point on the wall while the surrounding tile stays clean and simple. We plan the layout, cuts, and transitions so the accent piece sits level and integrates cleanly with the rest of the shower.

Specialty tile work can also include custom patterns that combine tile with other flooring materials. In this entry, a geometric layout of tile and engineered wood creates a defined transition that stands out from the surrounding floor. The result is a distinctive feature that frames the space and highlights the craftsmanship of the installation.

A fireplace surround is a strong place for custom tile work that stands out. Here, two different tiles are used together—one with a soft wave pattern above and a linear tile below—to frame the fireplace and complement the surrounding built-ins. The layout is planned so the materials meet cleanly and the finished wall feels intentional and cohesive.
